Hi everyone apologies  for taking a few weeks to get our panel discussion loaded, however here it is, Service Design Thinks /4 Panel Discussion..

The Service Design Panel Discussion was hosted by Damian Kernahan (Proto Partners) and featured Rod Farmer (Mobile Experience), Opher Yom-Tov (BT Financial Group), Faruk Avdi ( NSW Department of Education and Training) and Susan Wolfe (Optimal Experience)

It starts a minute in to our discussion and runs about 66 minutes. The highlight for me was finding out that a pencil is actually a service, who knew…..
