Tonight was Sydney Service Design Drinks & Thinks #5. It was a great success and lots of fun. We had two fantastic presenters: Stephen Cox and Janna DeVylder.
Janna led a group discussion around the implementation of service design plans. We discussed designing for implementation and the role of the service designer within the implementation process, if at all.
Stephen walked us through a set of touchpoint cards which he and his team at Westpac have developed. Stephen talked us through the development of the cards, how the cards have been used and how they might be applied in other situations.
Thanks to everyone who came along. Our next meeting will be Tuesday 21 September.
